Senior Associate

Franklyn is a Senior Associate of the firm and stands out for his specialization in the management of complex litigation and the implementation of legal strategies for the prevention and resolution of disputes. His career spans both the public and private sectors, providing him with extensive experience in trial practice and judicial proceedings.

In the criminal law sphere, he has led significant representations, including the successful defense of a consortium of construction companies in proceedings related to Operation Medusa, a high-profile corruption case in the Dominican Republic. He has also played an active role in other major cases, including matters arising from the controversy surrounding Odebrecht and the complex Operation Larva investigations.

Franklyn graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he earned his Bachelor of Laws degree. He subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Policy, and Legal-Penal Sociology at the University of Barcelona, Spain. His academic background is further strengthened by his active participation in nationally and internationally recognized seminars and competitions.
