He is a specialist in designing corporate structures for the execution of businesses in Venezuela, along with implementing contractual international investment strategies. His extensive background provides him with a deep, practical understanding of complex financial and regulatory matters that informs his structuring practice.

Carlos has participated in relevant acquisition operations in Venezuela, bringing extensive experience in the organization and execution of corporate due diligence and technology transfer operations. He routinely represents investment groups, banks, mass consumption companies, and technology innovation firms.
