Nicola is a partner in our Litigation division and specialises in personal injury law and health and safety.

Nicola is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and has been certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a trauma informed lawyer.

Nicola is experienced in dealing with both pursuer and defender claims on behalf of individuals, large scale insurers, commercial clients and public sector clients.  She specialises in high value, complex claims with a particular focus on fatal claims.  Nicola has experience advising clients on cases involving employers' liability, public liability, cycling accidents, motor accidents, accidents abroad and medical negligence claims.
