Ross Caldwell is a partner in our Banking & Financial Services team with over 25 years of post-qualified experience in this area of practice.

His particular specialisms include real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and general corporate lending.
Prior to joining the firm in May 2017, Ross practised as a partner in the City of London for ten years, latterly as a partner with international law firm Taylor Wessing LLP.

Ross is qualified to practise under both English law and Scots law and frequently acts on UK cross-border and international debt finance transactions. He is also published in various journals including the Journal of International Banking & Financial Law, the Juridical Review, the Solicitor's Journal, the Journal of the Law Society of Scotland and the Journal of Finance & Credit Law.
