Billy is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team.

Billy has a particular focus in advising sponsors, funds, financial institutions and local authorities on project finance including major infrastructure  projects and renewable energy financing.

He has experience in-house with Dexia Public Finance Bank where he successfully closed a range of major infrastructure transactions in transport, health and education. He is experienced in negotiating finance, security and guarantee packages for both the private and public sectors for green-field and brown-field energy projects.
