He is a balanced and pragmatic adviser, working through complex and high-value transactions in a straightforward and commercial manner.

Michael's work also contributed to the firm winning Corporate & Commercial Team of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards 2020, and being Highly Commended for M&A Team of the Year (Mid-Sized Deal) at the British Legal Awards 2019.
