Iain is a partner in our Corporate sector. He is also a member of the Sports Law team and the non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team.

In his role Iain has a particular focus on SMEs in Scotland, and undertakes a mixture of M&A, private equity, investment and restructuring work.

He worked previously in London for 15 years and therefore much of his work has a cross-border or international flavour.

Many clients consult Iain in relation to more than just transactional activity.  He is considered a part of their core team and his views on strategic direction, tactics and general business matters are frequently sought.
