A solicitor and chartered tax adviser who has worked purely in tax in accounting and legal environments for over 25 years.

Ainsley sits on the tax sub-committee of the Law Society of Scotland, is a member of the Scottish Property Federation’s Tax Committee, and a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners’ Group.

She provides direct and indirect tax advice on transactional tax matters, including advising on corporate restructuring.
