Robin advises public bodies and those interfacing with the public sector on all aspects of legislative considerations, regulation, procurement, subsidy control, commercial and contractual matters, legal structures, governance and disputes.

Robin is an accredited charity law specialist, is a member of The Law Society of Scotland's Charity Law Sub-Committee and advises a wide range of organisations across the third sector (including social enterprises and charities) on all aspects of set-up, operation, regulation, contracting and disputes.

Robin also advises a wide range of clients on competition and regulatory law matters.

Robin is ranked as a Leader in the Field for Charities and Public Procurement in the 2024 edition of Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession.
