Gavin acts for employers, main contractors, sub-contractors and members of the design team in a wide range of construction and engineering disputes, ranging from residential defect disputes to multi million pound energy and infrastructure disputes.

While Gavin guides clients through formal dispute resolution procedures including court actions, arbitrations, and adjudications, a large portion of his time is spent exploring alternative dispute resolution processes and strategies with clients to identify the most appropriate and efficient means of managing and resolving their disputes.
