David is a Partner in the Corporate team. He advises clients on all areas of corporate law, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structures, corporate governance, company formation and corporate fund raising structures.

His clients include public and private companies, educational bodies, owner and family managed businesses and private equity and “business angel” investors. David has experience in a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, healthcare, food, professional practices, manufacturing and energy.
