Douglas is involved in many large land development projects and investment transactions throughout Scotland. Within commercial real estate, Douglas has particular experience and expertise in development, financing, purchases and sales for both owner occupation and investment purposes.

He also regularly advises clients on landlord and tenant matters, planning work, property dispute resolution and corporate acquisitions and disposals.
