At Couch White Josh has largely focused his practice on the review and development of solar, hydro and wind projects on behalf of developers, lenders and investors with an emphasis on real estate, real property and real property taxation issues.

In addition, Josh serves as Agent or Examining Counsel for three major title insurance companies and handles all aspects of real estate transactions. Josh has substantial litigation experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New York State.
