John Lo is a co-founder and Director of RCLT Law Corporation, with a practice focused on complex commercial arbitration and high-value commercial litigation. He regularly appears before the Singapore Courts and has extensive experience acting in both ad hoc arbitrations and arbitrations conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions.

John advises and represents clients in a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including joint venture and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, fraud and asset-tracing claims, breaches of directors’ duties, complex contractual disputes, and insolvency-related proceedings. His practice also encompasses white-collar crime and employment-related disputes, often involving significant financial and reputational exposure.

Prior to co-founding RCLT Law Corporation, John trained and practised under the guidance of a leading Senior Counsel, and subsequently at a top-ranked US law firm, experience which continues to inform his strategic and commercially driven approach to dispute resolution.
