Zeynep Atım Kurucuk graduated from Üsküdar American Academy in 2002 and earned her Law Degree from Bilkent University Law School in 2006. She began her legal career focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, maritime law, and intellectual property law, quickly gaining a reputation for handling complex transactions.

Over the years, Zeynep has led significant domestic and cross-border transactions, including vessel sales, shipbuilding agreements, and bank mergers & acquisitions. She now heads the Maritime and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at Kurucuk & Associates, supervising a team that provides strategic legal counsel to both local and international clients. Her work spans multiple jurisdictions, including Turkey, South Korea, and China, highlighting her global expertise.
