Mr. López coleads the tax law area and has been dedicated for more than 25 years to advice both domestic and multinational companies on transactions such as mergers, divisions, reorganizations, and overall tax optimization of corporate groups; analysis of derivative instruments, IPOs, bond issuances, and international trade; as well as the development and financing of productive projects, among other matters. His practice has focused on a wide range of industries including finance, mining, energy, and commerce, providing legal and tax advice relevant to the growth and success of their businesses.

Previously, he was a partner at Recabarren & Asociados, and between 2011 and 2020, he held a partnership position at KPMG.
