Irina is a Partner at Lexters. She heads the Intellectual Property and Franchise practice and is also co-head of the firm’s Corporate/M&A and data privacy work, advising founders, executives and investors on high-stakes growth decisions.
With almost 20 years of experience as a business lawyer, Irina supports businesses across a wide range of industries — from consumer brands to technology — helping them protect innovation, expand through franchising, and execute complex cross-border transactions.
