Irina Vasile
Irina is a Partner at Lexters. She heads the Intellectual Property and Franchise practice and is also co-head of the firm’s Corporate/M&A and data privacy work, advising founders, executives and investors on high-stakes growth decisions.
With almost 20 years of experience as a business lawyer, Irina supports businesses across a wide range of industries — from consumer brands to technology — helping them protect innovation, expand through franchising, and execute complex cross-border transactions. Her work spans trademark and copyright protection, enforcement and licensing, as well as multi-jurisdictional franchise structures and M&A projects, from due diligence and structuring to negotiation and implementation.

His practice area mainly focuses on franchising advisory and litigation. He consolidated his intellectual property practice by actively participating in litigation cases
on trademark counterfeiting, designs and and the unauthorized use of know-how
