Venezuelan lawyer specialized in corporate law, intellectual property, civil law, and commercial law. His expertise is focused on civil procedural law. He is the Managing Partner of Azuaje Paris y Asociados Abogados, a Civil Society, since 2022, providing legal services nationally and internationally in various areas of law. He previously served as Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Banorte, Banco Comercial, where he oversaw compliance and adaptation to Basel standards required by local regulations, managing relationships and communications with the Superintendence of Banking Sector Institutions. He also played a role in the acquisition of Universal de Seguros while under intervention and was instrumental in obtaining licenses for Reinsurer Kairos and Brokerage Firm Altitud Plus. Notably, he acquired Avon Cosmetics company.

Argenis Azuaje is a lawyer who graduated from Santa María University in 2004, with postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at Universidad Metropolitana between 2007 and 2009. He has also attended seminars and workshops, including the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in 2003, organized by the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ). He is a native Spanish speaker and has an advanced level of English.
