Position

Associate, Litigation

Paige qualified into the firm’s Litigation team in September 2024, having completed her training at Sinclair Gibson. She works closely with other members of the department to advise on inheritance disputes and Court of Protection applications and regularly collaborates with the Private Client department where probate and trust matters become contentious.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Paige spent five years as a specialist at Sotheby’s. She is developing a niche practice in art law and regularly assists on matters involving high-value artworks and collections. Originally from Bermuda, Paige gained legal experience with a number of offshore firms prior to joining Sinclair Gibson and maintains strong links with offshore practitioners.

Career

Prior to her legal training, Paige was a Books and Manuscripts Specialist at Sotheby’s for five years. Subsequently Paige gained legal experience with a number of off-shore firms in Bermuda.

Memberships

Paige is a member of ConTrA and PAIAM (Professional Advisors to the International Art Market).

Education

Paige graduated from Newnham College, Cambridge where she read Theology before gaining a Masters from Kings College London. Subsequently she completed her PGDL at BPP University and her LPC at the University of Law.
