Stanisław is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He gained experience working in law firms since the beginning of his law studies, including over six years of ongoing cooperation with one of the largest law firms in the Warsaw-Poznań area.

He has experience in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes. Stanisław’s professional practice thus far has concentrated on disputes and advice related to contractual liability (including sales contracts, construction contracts, insurance contracts, lease and tenancy agreements), tort liability (property and personal injury, infringement of personal interests), and property law (adverse possession of real estate, adverse possession of transmission easements, and negatory protection).

Winner of the 7th edition of the National Competition for Attorney-at-law trainees and Advocate Trainees titled: “Construction Disputes in the Judgments of the Supreme Court” and finalist of the national competition “Professional Representative before the ECtHR ” organized by the National Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law.

He speaks English at an advanced level and French at an intermediate level.
