Bartosz graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He defended his master’s thesis, “The European Public Prosecutor’s Office in the Context of the Experience of International Criminal Tribunals and the Council of Europe,” with distinction. He is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In 2025, he successfully completed the Preparatory Service in the Civil Service, as required by Article 36 of the Civil Service Act of November 21, 2008.

Bartosz is a practitioner in tax crime and tax misdemeanor cases. He handles these cases at the preparatory stage under the authority of the Head of the Tax Office, and in which he has also appeared before courts of first and second instance. His experience also includes working with case files related to inspections, tax audits, customs and fiscal audits, and tax proceedings. Additionally, he drafted documents for civil proceedings concerning foreign currency loans, whether denominated or indexed to a foreign currency, and in proceedings before public administration bodies.
