Amos’s area of practice encompasses dispute resolution and IP enforcement, transactional and advisory work, as well as IP prosecution and registration. He regularly acts and assists in IP and civil litigation matters across the different levels of Courts in Malaysia.

He also crafts and runs online and offline enforcement programs for brand owners across various industries including in the luxury goods, liquor, automotive parts, food and beverage, toy, and consumer product industries. As part of his work, Amos works closely with various governmental authorities including the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Royal Malaysian Customs, and the Royal Malaysian Police.

Amos also advises on transactional and regulatory matters including on franchising, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product regulations, as well as labelling and advertising matters.
