Irene is a qualified corporate lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, where she has played a key role in structuring transactions, drafting and reviewing core transaction documents—including investment agreements, share purchase agreements, and shareholders’ agreements—and conducting comprehensive legal due diligence across a range of sectors.

With five years of practice, she has built a solid foundation in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on day-to-day business operations and providing legal support on labor. Her expertise includes drafting and reviewing a wide variety of commercial agreements tailored to clients’ business needs.

In addition, Irene provides corporate secretarial services to both domestic and international clients, ensuring the proper maintenance of corporate records and full compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including the incorporation of offshore entities across multiple jurisdictions. She also regularly advises clients in the capital markets sector on corporate governance and compliance with Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) requirements.
