Manuel Martínez specializes in civil, commercial, and insolvency litigation, with particular expertise in claims involving civil liability, contractual disputes, unfair competition, and corporate conflicts. He represents both individuals and national and international companies operating in sectors such as finance, industry, energy, real estate, and automotive, among others.

He has developed his career over more than a decade at top-tier international law firms, including Hogan Lovells and Freshfields.

Manuel is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (Registration No. 120,013) and has served as an adjunct professor in the Master’s in Legal Practice at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera.
