Edgars Moisejs is a associate specializing in insolvency, anti-money laundering and commercial law. Edgars also conducts legal research in proceedings regarding criminally acquired property and provides support to clients in their dealings with banks and financial institutions. On a daily basis, Edgars assists the office's attorneys in conducting litigation in civil cases, especially in commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings. Before joining the "CersJurkāns" team, Edgar gained valuable experience working at the Ministry of Justice, dealing with legislative issues.
