With over two decades of courtroom experience and a PhD in Law, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hashem has held several senior judicial and administrative leadership positions within the Saudi judicial sector. His distinguished career includes serving as Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Administrative Judicial Council and Secretary of the Conflict of Jurisdiction Committee of the Administrative Judicial Council.

He has also supervised the Decision Support Center at the Board of Grievances, in addition to overseeing the General Administration of Judicial Affairs, which is responsible for judicial studies, judicial training programs, and the development of training plans for judges. His leadership experience further extends to supervising the General Administration of Court Affairs and chairing the Digital Transformation Measurement Committee, reflecting extensive expertise in judicial administration, institutional development, and legal modernization.
