Mohammed Al-Aqeel, Managing Partner of MA&Co, leads the firm’s strategy, team, and key client relations. Before founding the firm, he worked with a major international law firm and served as Legal Board Advisor to the Saudi National Water Company. He holds multiple local and international certifications, including from Cambridge Regional College (UK), and memberships such as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Saudi Bar Association. Mr. Al-Aqeel has extensive experience advising on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, ensuring effective legal structuring and alignment between boards and executive management.
