• Corporate litigation: we represent our clients in court and arbitration proceedings concerning corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, challenges to shareholders’ and board resolutions, liability of directors and auditors, as well as disputes relating to extraordinary transactions and complex commercial contracts, managing every stage of litigation before the relevant authorities;
• Proceedings before independent authorities: we provide assistance to companies and institutional clients in proceedings before regulatory authorities, with particular reference to Consob and Banca d’Italia (Bank of Italy), both in the investigative and sanctioning stages, as well as in subsequent appeals before the competent judicial authorities, including the Court of Appeal in civil matters.
