I am a criminal lawyer and provide legal defense for individuals and legal entities in criminal proceedings concerning, in particular, crimes against public administration, property crimes, corporate, tax, and bankruptcy offenses.

Over the years, I have also gained significant experience in the field of the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, assisting companies in the drafting and updating of Organization, Management, and Control Models, as well as serving as a member of Supervisory Bodies.

Drawing on my criminal law expertise, I also conduct internal corporate investigations, both as defensive investigations pursuant to Articles 391 et seq. of the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure and in accordance with the international standard ISO 37008:2023.
