I am a lawyer qualified to practice before the higher courts.

My main specialization is in corporate criminal law.

I am a founding partner of LP Avvocati and head of the criminal law department.

I believe in the added value of teamwork, which makes it possible to provide high-quality service to clients, whether individuals or legal entities.

After graduating in law from La Sapienza University of Rome, I began my legal career focusing mainly on criminal law.

Over the years, I have developed expertise in corporate, bankruptcy, and tax criminal law, crimes against public administration, environmental criminal law, and workplace health and safety.

Another area of specialization is the protection of personality rights.

I also handle the liability of entities for offenses under Legislative Decree 231/2001, both as a defense lawyer and as a member of supervisory bodies in major national companies.
