I am a criminal lawyer and have always been involved in judicial and out-of-court defense of individuals and legal entities.

After graduating with honors from LUMSA University in Rome, I completed my legal traineeship at a well-known law firm in Rome before joining LP Avvocati in 2014, becoming a partner in 2022.

In the course of my professional activity, I have specialized particularly in the defense of defendants and entities liable under Legislative Decree 231/2001, both Italian and foreign, in complex proceedings related to transnational tax and corporate issues involving the European Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as bankruptcy offenses for individual companies or company groups.

I have also gained specific expertise and experience in proceedings for environmental crimes, assisting parties involved in criminal proceedings conducted by District Prosecutors. I am also involved in labor criminal law regarding cases of injury and death due to alleged violations of Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as cases of so-called medical malpractice.
