I am the Finance & Office Manager and a Partner at LP Avvocati. I am responsible for organization and corporate coordination. I manage and oversee the procedures of the entire structure with the aim of ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and security. I am also responsible for developing internal office communication protocols, streamlining and managing administrative procedures, invoicing and inventory control, as well as personnel management and supervision.

My professional background has been entirely in the administrative and management fields, with a solid foundation in organizational sectors. I have held positions as an administrative employee and medical-scientific event organizer at multinational companies. My management approach is based on precision, proactivity, and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficiency and transparency - qualities that are fundamental to the success of the firm where I currently work.

As an administrative manager, I have focused my efforts and professional growth on the organization and operational management of law firms, honing my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
