I mainly deal with contractual matters, particularly in the banking and financial sectors, corporate law, and extraordinary transactions (mergers and demergers, share capital increases, public offers of purchase and exchange, and IPOs).

I have developed specific expertise in acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings, companies or their business units, the establishment of joint ventures, as well as the drafting and negotiation of acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial contracts.

I am also involved in litigation, especially in financial and corporate matters, as well as in administrative proceedings initiated by Consob or the Banca d’Italia (Bank of Italy) related to violations of the TUF, the TUB, and their respective implementing regulations.

I gained my experience at prestigious law firms, as well as independently, and I believe that every step has been important for my personal and professional growth.

In addition to technical expertise and confidentiality - prerequisites for any professional - I firmly believe in the importance of closely following cases, being readily available, punctual, and providing continuous feedback.
