Criminal lawyer with a passion for compliance. I support companies in identifying, preventing, and managing regulatory non-compliance risks, contributing to the development of robust and sustainable organizational models.

My expertise ranges from integrated risk management to the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001), anti-corruption, privacy and data protection, as well as more technical areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

I serve as a member of Supervisory Bodies for companies in various sectors, guiding them in the development of effective governance and compliance systems.

In addition to consulting, I am involved in training and raising awareness, and I am the author of articles and in-depth analyses published in specialized journals and volumes.

Over time, I have explored the subject in a multidisciplinary way, intertwining law with fields such as business economics, accounting, computer science, and new technologies, to offer a comprehensive and practical perspective.

Since 2022, I have been a partner at the firm, responsible for People Management and Communication.
