I am a lawyer specializing in Compliance, particularly in providing advice for the drafting of Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 for Italian and multinational companies. I also serve as a Supervisory Body for various organizations, supporting them in the ongoing monitoring of internal control systems.

After graduating in Law from LUISS Guido Carli, I completed my legal traineeship at the firm of Prof. Giovanni Maria Flick, contributing to the drafting of legal opinions and in-depth analyses. With his daughter, lawyer Caterina Flick, I gained experience in criminal litigation.

In 2014, I joined LP Avvocati, where I contributed to the growth of the department dedicated to Legislative Decree 231 matters, initially also handling criminal litigation. Since 2022, I have been a partner at the firm and a member of the Board of Directors.
