I am a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and commercial contracts. Among other things, I provide assistance with corporate compliance related to the formation of joint-stock companies, negotiating and executing transactions involving the purchase of shareholdings, drafting shareholders’ agreements, implementing mergers and acquisitions, and drafting all types of commercial contracts. I also provide corporate advice on the day-to-day management of Italian companies.

I also have experience in resolving - both out-of-court and in litigation - disputes in commercial and corporate law, as well as assisting in sanctioning proceedings initiated by Consob and Banca d’Italia (Bank of Italy).

I enjoy working with an informal approach and finding the simplest possible solutions to the problems presented to me.
