Farah joined Afifi in 2024 and advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters under Egyptian law. Her practice spans key sectors including corporate, healthcare, education, energy, and aviation. She regularly provides legal support on regulatory compliance, import and export laws, data protection, consumer protection, and employment regulations.

Her practice includes advising on merger control, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring. Farah has drafted and reviewed commercial agreements and conducted regulatory and risk assessments for both domestic and cross-border transactions. She has worked closely with clients in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and education sectors, helping them maintain compliance with Egyptian legal and governance frameworks.

Additionally, Farah plays an active role in litigation and dispute resolution. She represents clients before Egyptian judicial bodies, including the Court of First Instance  and expert committees. Her litigation support includes drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and expert memoranda, as well as coordinating with external counsel and technical experts to support clients' positions with comprehensive evidence and analysis.

Farah’s practice extends to the aviation sector, where she assists the aviation team on aircraft leasing, registration and regulatory compliance before the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority.
