Mohamed Mosaad is a qualified attorney with over eight years of professional experience across a wide range of legal matters. His practice covers general corporate, commercial, real estate, and trade law, providing practical, business oriented legal solutions to clients.

Mohamed has extensive experience in corporate law, advising clients throughout the entire corporate lifecycle—from incorporation and governance to restructuring and liquidation. His responsibilities include managing corporate secretarial affairs, drafting and ratifying legal documents, and liaising with various Egyptian authorities to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
