Junior Associate

Nadine Neamatalla joined Afifi’s Corporate and Commercial team in 2024. Since then, she has provided legal counsel to clients, conducted legal research, and reviewed contracts. Nadine is also involved in litigation matters, advising clients on commercial and contractual issues and representing them before Egyptian courts, expert committees, and government agencies.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing due diligence and compliance reports, and advising on regulatory and operational issues.

Nadine represents clients before governmental authorities, including the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), and the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR), Real Estate Registration Offices.
