Junior Associate

Habiba Osama joined Afifi in 2024. She holds a Dual LLB from the British University in Egypt and London South Bank University (2023), where she graduated with Distinction with Honors, ranking fourth in her graduating class. Her educational background has equipped her with a deep and well-rounded knowledge of both civil law and common law systems.

Habiba' diverse practice includes advising clients across a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, employment, dispute resolution, intellectual property and real estate.

Her practice includes conducting in-depth legal research, drafting, reviewing and translating commercial and corporate agreements, preparing due diligence and compliance reports, collaborating with our aviation team on various transactions, advising on regulatory and operational issues.

Habiba also assists in corporate structuring and documentation, including drafting OGMs, EGMs, invitations and other affiliated documents and handling their notarization procedures before GAFI. Habiba's practice also extends to litigation matters such as drafting statements of claim, memorandums of defense and attending court and expert hearings.

Habiba also represents clients before governmental authorities, such as the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA), the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
