Tamer Kamal joined Afifi in 2001, specializing in the dispute resolution department. With over 25 years of legal experience, he provides clients with a wide range of legal services related to criminal, commercial, and civil litigation, as well as arbitration and white-collar crime.

Tamer has extensive experience in representing major multinational corporations across various industries, including energy, oil and gas, real estate, technology, F&B, insurance, and banking, in complex commercial disputes. He is highly skilled in litigation, appearing before prosecution offices and courts at all levels, attending trial investigations, expert sessions, and drafting memoranda submitted to courts.

Specializing in the enforcement procedures of Egyptian judgments and arbitration awards, Kamal also handles related contentious matters. Additionally, he is involved in commercial and corporate matters, including negotiation processes, merger and acquisition transactions, establishment of joint ventures and companies, and drafting sale agreements, leases, usufructs, mortgages, franchises, and public-private partnerships agreements.
