Mohmed Tayel joined Afifi in 2017, since then, he has represented a diverse array of major financial institutions, banks, companies, and free-zone entities concerning various aspects of their business operations in Egypt.

Mohamed also advises and assists clients with new projects in Egypt, including the incorporation of different types of companies, representative offices, and foreign company branches in Egypt, overseeing all related corporate work and legal procedures.

Mohamed represents clients before governmental entities, including the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, Financial Regulatory Authority, Tax Authority, General Organization for Export and Import Control, and the Central Bank of Egypt.

Moreover, Mohamed advises clients on commercial agreements, labor, oil & gas, export and import, intellectual property, pharmaceutical, non-finance banking law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the execution or termination of such agreements.
