Abanoub Tharwat joined Afifi in 2018 as part of the firm’s litigation department and has built a strong reputation advising on complex employment disputes. He represents corporations and high net worth individuals across industries on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employee terminations, policy development, employment contracts, and social insurance compliance.

Abanoub works closely with employee relations teams to provide strategic guidance and risk management, while taking the lead in court proceedings, expert sessions, and all related litigation matters.
