Her practice extends to matters involving mutual legal assistance, extradition, international judicial cooperation, and regulatory investigations – reflecting a breadth of exposure that is unique at associate level. She combines technical rigour with a practical understanding of the commercial and strategic pressures that complex disputes involve.

Her recent track record includes successfully defending a derivative claim exceeding €40 million under Cyprus's newly introduced two-stage civil procedure test, securing a worldwide freezing injunction in support of LCIA arbitral proceedings to preserve assets exceeding USD 16.7 million and representing a high-net-worth individual and public figure in complex mutual legal assistance and extradition proceedings.

Alongside her dispute practice, Elli advises on corporate and transactional matters, including local and cross-border mergers, financing arrangements, and restructurings involving Cyprus-registered entities.
