Rayna Yang is an associate at Topcom.  She is experienced in advising clients on regulatory compliance, labor and employment, general corporate, and cyber security and data protection matters.

Rayna received her master's degree in law from Fudan University.  She has served clients in various industries, including semiconductor technology, new energy, and financial institutions.  Rayna has provided legal counsel services on labor compliance for numerous domestic and international clients, assisted clients in establishing labor compliance systems, offered legal action plans and full-process legal advice for clients' organizational restructuring and personnel optimization, and assisted in dealing with crisis events.  Rayna also represented clients to handle compliance and investigation, and data protection matters.
