Attorney Sun Xinxin has been practicing in the legal field since 2010, with 15 years of experience in intellectual property and civil-commercial law. Having worked for eight years as a lawyer, he has served at multiple institutions including the Intellectual Property Tribunal of a Beijing court, King & Wood Mallesons (Beijing), and Lexfield Law Firm (Beijing). During his judicial career, he assisted collegial panels in adjudicating over 700 intellectual property cases and handled more than 100 litigation cases as a practicing attorney.

Mr. Sun’s practice focuses on intellectual property and civil and commercial law. With extensive experience in IP litigation, he specializes in trademark matters and anti-unfair competition laws. He also excels in handling infringement cases involving utility model patents and design patents.
