Addisu Hailegebriel is the Founding Partner of DABLO Law Firm and a highly regarded Ethiopian lawyer with more than 16 years of experience across judicial service, private practice, and regulatory advisory. Addisu’s background includes four years as an Assistant Judge at the Federal First Instance Court of Ethiopia, where he adjudicated wide-ranging commercial, civil, employment, tax, and customs disputes. This judicial foundation provides him with a unique perspective in disputes and litigation strategy, complementing his extensive advisory work in the private sector.

He has represented both local and expatriate employees of the African Union before the African Union Administrative Tribunal and has advised clients across diverse sectors, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and agribusiness. Addisu is also widely experienced in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, PPP frameworks, and the drafting and negotiation of complex multiparty commercial and construction contracts.

In addition, he is deeply experienced in charities and societies law, advising local and international NGOs on registration, governance, operational compliance, and ongoing legal matters affecting their activities in Ethiopia.
