Pedro Allende focuses his practice on corporate, civil and commercial law, corporate structuring, real estate and financial law. He has more than 12 years of experience advising a broad range of clients, including large companies, family businesses, startups and entrepreneurial ventures.

His practice includes corporate advisory, commercial transactions, real estate projects, financing structures and day-to-day legal support for companies operating in different industries. He is particularly recognized for his practical and business-oriented approach to complex corporate and financial matters.

In 2011, Pedro co-founded Acevedo, Allende, Mujica y Cía. Abogados, which later became part of RAM Abogados following the merger that created the firm in 2023.
