Andrés Ríos focuses his practice on water law and agricultural real estate projects, with more than 12 years of experience advising leading agricultural, livestock, wine, real estate and construction companies in Chile, as well as water user organizations and public entities.
He has extensive experience in the acquisition, regularization, transfer and protection of water rights, along with regulatory and strategic advice for complex water-related projects.

Prior to co-founding RAM Abogados, he worked at Chadwick y Aldunate Abogados and Araya & Cía. Abogados, and later founded Ríos & Compañía Abogados, which became part of RAM Abogados in 2023.
